The meeting, under the title “Local platform, global dream”, went through the experience of modernity in western countries and modernization in developing countries leading to major changes in geopolitical, political, economic, social and cultural areas, the development in communications, the appearing of new social media and the formation of a global village, and how all of this has developed a tendency for globalization in developing countries, generating a global resemblance solely based on time and independent of place.

The panel discussion, that took place on the architect day according to the Persian calendar, was celebrated in the artist garden of the Iranian Artist Forum, a hub for the contemporary and traditional arts in Tehran, Iran.
